GOLD PLATED + GOLD VERMEIL JEWELLERY CARE:
We do highly recommend avoiding wearing your gold plated and gold vermeil jewellery in water to keep the shine long lasting. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and oils. After removing your jewellery, run a clean dry cloth over each piece to remove the day.
14K GOLD FILLED JEWELLERY CARE:
Gold filled is second only to solid gold in terms of quality and is the best affordable option when it comes to durability and longevity. Gold filled jewellery often requires very low maintenance and is safe for sensitive skin types. Gold filled pieces are more durable than 18k plate but will still need some TLC over time. You can clean your items with a wet cloth, gentle tooth brush and ordinary soap. *Though our gold filled pieces are durable, we still do not recommend them coming in direct contact with lotions, oils and perfumes. This can dull your pieces and reduce its shine.
We recommend your jewellery be the last thing you put on when heading out. Keeping your jewellery dry as possible will help prolong the nature of it’s colour and shine.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are sent from Melbourne and dispatched within 3 business days of payment clearance, unless purchased as pre-order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address.

Pre-orders
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled and are therefore are not eligible for a refund. Some delays may be experienced during production or due to logistics and this is out of our control. Please note when ordering a non 'pre-order' item and a 'pre-order item', your package will be sent together when all items have arrived.
