AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At Live By Gold, we stand by the quality of our pieces. We want you to love your jewellery, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your items back to us for a store credit of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order.

We offer store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • All items must be received in new, unworn/unused condition in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (Order number) must be provided in order to start your return
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of your package delivery date
  • Return shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser
  • Your store credit will be for the purchase amount only, we do not refund or credit shipping fees
  • Earrings are unable to be returned due to health & hygiene requirements
  • Items purchased on sale, promotional items, free gifts, or clearance/sample sale items are not eligible to be returned.

 

At Live By Gold, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected twice - once on arrival to LBG HQ, and again when your order is carefully & lovingly packed for you. Rest assured, if your piece does arrive faulty, we want to know! We not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. Under consumer law, Live By Gold reserves the right to inspect & assess items prior to processing a refund. Please contact info@livebygold with description & photographic evidence of your concern. 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any full priced styles in their original condition by requesting a return authorisation within 14 days of receiving your order delivery for a store credit.

To begin the return process, please email info@livebygold.com with your order number for a return authorisation.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used items including earrings. 
  • Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
  • Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety, so they will not get damaged under the transfer. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Live By Gold.

 

REFUNDS/ STORE CREDIT

Refunds and store credit will be processed via the original payment method within 3 business day of your item being received.

Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
