We offer returns on full price merchandise items within 14 days of delivery. All sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Any current promotions cannot and will not be applied to any past purchases or orders.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any full priced styles in their original condition by requesting a return authorization within 14 business days of delivery for a refund or store credit, not including the shipping charges.
To begin the return process, please email email@example.com with your order number for a return authorization. If a request is not lodged within 5 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund or store credit. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used items including earrings.
For any returns, postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.We will process your refund or store creidt as soon as the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for the process.
Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety, so they will not get damaged under the transfer.
Gift cards will be processed via the original payment method within 1 day of your item being received. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
